Ride the cable car or funicular up to Monserrate, the highest point in Bogotá. At the top, there's a path to a historic 17th century church and a spot where you can see the urban sprawl of Bogotá. Stay long enough to see the sunset.
There's also an area to shop for souvenirs and restaurants. If you want to get some exercise, you can hike up to the top in about 90 minutes.
